Meeting Attendance

To benefit fully from your membership in Windsor Sir we strongly recommend that you make an effort to attend the monthly meeting. We encourage you to make the effort to come, enjoy lunch and be informed by our speaker.
We are aware that some members have expressed issues with dietary restrictions. Jimmy's has expressed a willingness to try to accommodate members with restrictions. If you need a modified lunch please let Tom Palmer know by the Monday before the meeting if you need accommodation so we can notify Charlie's.

Changes at Charley's
Charley's is now Jimmy's Lakeside Cafe. They will be making some significant changes to the restaurant and catering.
Lunch will no longer be a buffet but will be served. Each month will have an entree and sides. If you have special dietary needs please let us know in advance so your needs can be met. Cost is now $30 but includes tip so it will no longer be necessary to leave a tip on the table.

Holiday Party

The Holiday party is coming up on December 17, 2025. Reservations are due by December 8, 2025. Spouses and other guests are welcome. Mark your calendar now. Cost this year will be $65 per person and includes a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian lunch, wine and beverages, music and a visit from a special surprise guest. See the flyer and sign up here.

New Member Application Changes

We have a revised membership application now available. As part of the recruitment process we now ask potential members to attend two SIR events before being considered for membership. This is designed to make for a more informed choice to join.

Application

Sirs Holiday Tree on the Town Green

Food Bank Volunteers

We are looking for someone to step up and volunteer to lead this activity. If that is you please let Tom know.

Be Friendly

It has been pointed out that we have lost several potential members because they didn't feel welcomed and accepted. If you see a new member or potential member take a moment to introduce yourself and get to meet them.
